1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to 1hour.site. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Client", or "Subscriber") and Yasmas Tech Private Limited("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at HD326 WeWork Spectrum Twr, 4th Flr, Mindspace Chincholi, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, 400064.

By accessing our website, purchasing our "Self-Drive" or "Done-For-You" services, or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and its subsequent amendments). If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.

2. Description of Service

1hour.site provides website creation and platform services for small businesses. We generate professional websites based on the information you provide and publish them on our platform or your chosen domain.

3. Payment Terms (Prepaid Services)

3.1. Nature of Transactions: All services offered on 1hour.site are strictly Prepaid. Access to services is granted only upon the successful realization of payment.

3.2. Pricing Plans:

• Self-Drive Platform: ₹2,999 (covers the first 6 months). Renewal at ₹500/month or ₹1,999/6 months thereafter.
• Done-For-You Service: ₹17,999 (One-Time Setup Fee). Annual renewal of ₹999/year applies solely for Platform Access & Maintenance after the first year.

3.3. Payment Processing: We use authorized third-party payment gateways to process transactions.

• No Card Storage: We do not store your credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI credentials on our servers.
• Security: Payment data is encrypted and processed directly by the payment aggregator in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

3.4. Taxes: Unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST). If applicable, GST will be added at checkout.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not use the service to promote illegal activities or harmful content
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the content of your website. However, the underlying templates, code, and technology remain the property of 1hour.site. You are granted a license to use these for your website.

7. Limitation of Liability

1hour.site shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all published websites. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your website may be taken offline.

10. Prohibited Activities (IT Act Compliance)

You agree not to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that:

• Belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right;
• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another's privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libelous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force;
• Harmful to child;
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
• Violates any law for the time being in force;
• Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any information which is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact;
• Impersonates another person;
• Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting other nation;
• Contains software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
• Is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person.
