Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

All services offered by Yasmas Tech Private Limited are Prepaid. By purchasing a plan, you acknowledge that you are paying for the immediate availability of software tools or the reservation of professional time.

2. "Self-Drive" Platform Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable: The "Self-Drive" plan (₹2,999) grants immediate access to digital tools, platform access, and premium templates. Once access credentials are generated and the account is active, the fee is non-refundable.
  • Try Before You Buy: We encourage users to view our demos and features list thoroughly before purchasing.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your renewal (recurring billing) at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused days in the current cycle.

3. "Done-For-You" Service Refund Policy

  • Service Initiation: The fee of ₹17,999 is a one-time professional service fee.
  • Resources Allocation: Once payment is made, a Dedicated Account Manager and Design Team are assigned to your project immediately.
  • No Refunds Post-Initiation: Due to the manual labor and human resources involved, we do not offer refunds once the project onboarding has commenced (e.g., after the initial kickoff call or WhatsApp group formation).
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer "Unlimited Revisions Until Perfect". If you are not satisfied with the design, we will continue to revise it until it meets your requirements, provided the request is within the original scope of work.

4. Exceptions (Defective Service)

In the rare event that a technical failure on our end prevents the delivery of the service (e.g., the platform is down for >48 hours continuously), you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund or service credit, determined at the sole discretion of Yasmas Tech Private Limited.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank without contacting our support first, your account and website will be immediately suspended. We reserve the right to legally recover any fees and administrative costs associated with fraudulent disputes.
